FAQs
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Don’t worry, I’ll guide you through everything! Before your event, I’ll share tips on what to expect and how to feel comfortable in front of the camera. During the shoot, I’ll give gentle direction when needed, but I’ll also capture natural, candid moments so you can just enjoy yourself. The most important thing is to relax, be yourself, and trust that I’ll take care of the rest.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Yes! Travel up to 30 miles from Bristol, CT is included in all packages. Beyond 30 miles, travel is billed at $0.75 per mile (round trip). For events more than 2 hours away, overnight lodging is required at the client’s expense. Parking, tolls, and airfare (if needed) are also the client’s responsibility.

What should i wear?

The most important thing is to wear something you feel comfortable and confident in! Solid colors and simple patterns usually photograph best. Try to avoid large logos or very busy prints so the focus stays on you. If you’re coordinating with others, choose colors that complement each other rather than match exactly. Don’t stress, once you share the vibe of your event or session, I’m happy to give outfit suggestions to help you look your best!

Can i request specific shot or Styles?
Absolutely! I encourage you to share any inspiration or “must-have” shots ahead of time. While I have my own style, I love tailoring my work to reflect your vision and ensure your most important moments are captured.

Booking & Deposit
Life happens, and I understand! Deposits are non-refundable, but cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a refund of the remaining balance. Cancellations within 14 days of your event are subject to the full package cost. If you need to reschedule, we’ll work together to find a new date that fits both of our calendars.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
To secure your date, a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required. Once both are received, your event is officially on my calendar! This helps ensure your spot is reserved and allows me to plan your coverage with confidence. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your event.
Image Use & Rights
Images are for personal use unless a commercial license is purchased. I retain the copyright to all images, but you’re welcome to share them online — just please credit me as the photographer. Clients may not resell or alter images without permission.
